Our club
Lions Club of Eltham
We are a community support organisation, which raises funds and disperses them within our local community and further afield. We also do a lot of hands-on volunteering with other community groups to help them achieve their aims.
We are very involved with networking with schools, community groups, and local government in helping to improve our local community. We also help some of the traders groups in the area with volunteers for their events and activities. We help both individuals and groups in need.
While doing all these activities our members and volunteers always have a lot of fun, which is 1 of the most important things about being involved in your local community.
Lions District 201V5
Making a difference
Each of the service clubs within Australia is grouped by state and then into districts. There are five districts within Victoria, and we do great work in District 201V5, located within Melbourne’s Eastern suburbs, along with Healesville, Marysville, Eildon, Yea, Seymour, Nagambie, Euroa, Shepparton and Dookie.

Club meetings
We meet on the 1st and 3rd Monday at 7:30pm every month.
We hold our meetings at our club rooms at 2 Youth Road Eltham, these are hybrid meetings which are held both through Skype and in person. All are welcome!
The public are welcome to attend as a guest of a Lion. Guests often attend to either speak about what they are doing in the community or to learn a little more about who Lions are and what they do.
