Our club
Lions Club of Alexandra
The Alexandra Lions Club is a small club within the Shire of Murrindindi with around 12 members.
The club was formed and chartered in 1972.
Many strong friendships both within and outside the club have been established through our activities which are focused on Alexandra, the Shire of Murrindindi, and adjoining areas along with National and International projects.
We are ordinary people doing extraordinary things in our Community – supporting local people with a disability, the underprivileged and needy, community greening, youth welfare and fundraising for worthwhile local, national, and international causes.
We welcome new members to become participants in community activities.

Making a difference
Each of the service clubs within Australia is grouped by state and then into districts. There are five districts within Victoria, and we do great work in District 201V5, located within Melbourne’s Eastern suburbs, along with Healesville, Marysville, Eildon, Yea, Seymour, Nagambie, Euroa, Shepparton and Dookie.
